What a Long Term Security Partner Actually Does for You

A first assignment is really a test. You call, you explain what you need, and someone you have never met is standing beside you a few days later. Either it fits or it does not. What clients remember is what comes afterwards: the second request takes five minutes instead of an hour, and by the third one you barely have to explain anything at all.

The video above shows the shape of the work. We design the protection and we coordinate it from end to end, while the missions themselves are delivered by licensed local partners, selected and briefed for your context.

Knowing you, not only your itinerary

Over time we learn the things nobody writes in a brief. The hotel entrance you prefer. The fact that you want no visible presence when your children are with you. The meetings that must never be interrupted. The pace you keep after a long flight. The people in your entourage who can be trusted with a schedule, and those who cannot. None of that comes out of a questionnaire. It comes from having worked together before, and it is what turns a correct service into a comfortable one.

One contact who answers

You should never have to explain your situation to a stranger at eleven at night. The same member of the team follows your file from one trip to the next, answers when you call, and already knows the history. Requests, changes of plan and last minute cancellations go through that single line, not through a switchboard.

The same standard from one city to the next

Paris, Dubai, Bangkok or Dakar: the partners change, the standard does not. Vetting, briefing, reporting and discretion are set on our side and applied identically everywhere, so the level of service you got last time is the level you get again. Lead times depend on the location, the risk level and the scope of the advance work. For a new client, allow 24 to 72 hours as a minimum: the mission starts once the contract is signed and payment has been received. The more time we have, the better we can organise it and the better the service. Existing clients can, depending on the situation, be deployed faster.

Tell us where you are going and what your week looks like, and we will come back to you with a clear proposal.
