How We Work: One Point of Contact for the Whole Mission

Some clients need a discreet presence for one evening. Others need a full arrangement across three countries and two weeks. The need underneath is always the same: one point of contact who takes the problem, designs the answer and stays reachable from the first call to the last day of the mission.
That is the role IPS BODYGUARD plays. We are a brand of Nexus Exclusive Solutions Limited, Hong Kong. We design and coordinate protection arrangements, and those arrangements are delivered by licensed local partners in the country of operation. You speak to one point of contact rather than managing a chain of providers yourself.
We start with your context, not with a catalogue
Where you are going, who knows you are going, how visible you are on arrival, what the risk actually looks like in that district at that hour. From that reading we build the arrangement: close protection, secure transport, advance work on venues and routes, coverage of a residence or a venue, and the coordination that holds it all together. A short trip that looks simple sometimes needs more advance work than a long one, and we will tell you when that is the case.
One standard, wherever you travel
Missions are coordinated across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. In each country the work is carried out by partners licensed in that jurisdiction, selected on documented experience and insured for what they do. The profile proposed is chosen for your context, not pulled from a list. Discretion is part of the service: each person involved is briefed on what the assignment requires and nothing beyond it, and the structure of the arrangement stays confidential.
Before anything starts
Lead times depend on the location, the risk level and the scope of the advance work. For a new client, allow 24 to 72 hours as a minimum: the mission starts once the contract is signed and payment has been received. The more time we have, the better we can organise it and the better the service. Existing clients can, depending on the situation, be deployed faster. We would rather tell you that a date is tight than accept it and improvise on the ground.
