Master Service Agreement

This Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) sets out the legal and operational framework governing all services provided by NEXUS EXCLUSIVE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, operating under the trade name IPS BODYGUARD, and any Client, Partner, or Counterpart engaging with IPS BODYGUARD.

IPS BODYGUARD delivers international security, protection, and advisory services through a controlled network of vetted professionals and local partners, in accordance with strict standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and operational discipline.

This MSA applies to all missions, services, Statements of Work, instructions, invoices, and engagements carried out under the IPS BODYGUARD brand, regardless of location or operating entity.

Any commencement of services, participation in a mission, presence on site, receipt of instructions, or payment shall constitute full, informed, and unconditional acceptance of this MSA.
